The place is great overall but every time I try to call the phone never works. I've been calling now for 3 days straight because somebody made a mistake on my CDL and did not put my endorsement on and now I'm in Jeopardy of losing my job because of their mistake and they refuse to answer the phones. For whatever reason you can't tell me for 3 days straight that I can't get a hold of this place. This is definitely a thing across the USA that needs to be improved
This is the worst service in the state. You cannot call these people to get information and they won’t let you in without an appointment.
We had a good experience, the employees were very helpful and Curteous.
