I wrote this post for the Palestine Tx DPS Office, not for Athens. Because from now on until the end of days, I will only use the DPS office in Palestine Tx. I got in there on a " same day " appointment, the people there were friendly and nice, heck they even had the beach boys playing low on the radio, that was really cool. Karla at DPS Athens was the most professional and friendliest person that I have met in some time. She helped me renew my driver's license efficiently, answered all my questions tactfully and the process was done quickly and pleasantly. One of the best experiences I've had with a governmental agency in a very long time. Karla I commend you for your excellence.
