I am so frustrated at this place. I do everything they asked to renew my license and go through process which takes forever. It'll be sent to you in the mail.... Never comes, I go to the Gatesville office numerous times dealing with rude people. Tried calling many times and no one answers the phone. I finally get an appt and they tell me I have to pay 11 bucks to get a license I never got. This is a rip off. Fire and get new people!
