I renewed my DL weeks ago, and it has yet to arrive. I needed to have a document notarized, but was unable to do so due to not receiving the renewal card. I wasn't able to speak to anyone either b/c the system is completely automated with an AI phone agent.
Very good despite the news I received they in fact were truly helpful in how to fix the issue and gave me the tools to get it started. Very friendly and willing to help with questions thank you guys so much
It was difficult thro computer.
The workers were super sweet, kind, and patiently assisted me in my own confusion what was needed. I did have an appointment, however I needed to come back and forth and I was never turned me away.so greatful for great customer service 🙏. Thank you so much for the kindness that was shown.
