Hi, I had to renew my drivers license today and scheduled an appointment specifically at the Hereford, Texas office. The on-line appointment started on time and the staff that helped were fantastic. Very professional and helpful. Hereford People are Wonderful. Another graeat town in the Panhandle of TEXAS/
The women that work there are extremely rude and unprofessional. I always dread going to the DMV due to having to deal with such negative people.
The folks at here are great at what they do and just great people!
Did not tell us what we needed over the phone then tried to tell us that they needed my shot records and my school records, which they did not need looked it up, after we signed the paper work and and weeks after we made the appointment, and then tried to make my parents pay an expensive drivers ed
They don't answer the phone, instead they have Sherri the automated customer rep and she just repeats!
