You need an appointment, but what’s more annoying is the attitude of the people that work here. You’re better off driving elsewhere, believe me. The woman I had to deal with shouldn’t be working with customers. She was rude with everyone before me too. I still don’t have a Texas ID.
Valerie & Sonia are wonderful dps staff. They were so helpful and guided me all the way till I got my license.
