I don't understand the reasoning behind bad reviews when it clearly shows people refusing to bring in the documents that is required for these workers to do their job. Not only do they explain what we need, but the website has it aswell. I've never had any issues when I go to the DMV in Big Spring. I am talked to with respect and everyone has always been friendly.. Bottom line, TAKE YOUR DOCUMENTS IN THE 1ST TIME AND YOU WONT HAVE TO GO BACK! The girls don't make the rules and its absurd to think they are going to bend them ... read more
If I could give it a 1/2 star I would , the lady in big spring office is very rude my daughter has tried to get her license she’s 18 and the lady keeps on giving us the run around she’s gone as far as telling us that my daughter needs her vaccine records.
Muchas gracias a las chicas, todo muy bien organizado, son muy amables en general pero en especial Valerie, con ella fue que hice el examen y de verdad que es muy amable, paciente y su perfume huele rico. 10/10 el servicio en Big spring.
