Two person facility but very friendly and efficient. Made an appointment there because I was at the deadline and they had availability. Got in and out in less than 30 minutes. Quite a drive for me but it was well worth it. Appointments in the metroplex are at least a month or two out. Last visit to a local location took quite some time and the people weren't very friendly at all. Was a wasted trip.
I traveled far and long to avoid the 2 month wait time in my normal domain. I was met by a cheerful young lady that made the process quick and easy. Absolutely the best experience with any Texas DMV I've ever had.
Not impressed with the service AT ALL. New in town. Walked in to get a few questions answered. Tried to sign in at kiosk/computer to get a number and couldn't. Stood in line behind "wait here for next teller" post, waiting for aptron ahead of me to finish up. Only one other patron seated, and, after 10 minutes, and patron at counter had left, "lady" at counter still wouldn't acknowledge me or ask what I needed or tell me to sign in or anything. Would love to speak to a human on the phone to find out about scheduling and other information, but it seems their anti social.
The ladies in the office here in Brownwood are always very nice and helpful.
