Honestly 1 star shouldn't be allowed. I went for a name change and to update an address. As I was filling out my forms I had asked the lady if I go ahead and put the new name and address to be on card, on the application. She then said "It doesn't matter you can only check one, name change or address". So being a bit confused (forgive me Lord, I'm human, had 1 cup of coffee that morning and getting over a cold!)
