I am in the military and stationed outside of Texas. I am trying to renew my CDL, but the automated response doesn't have an option for my situation. I've asked "speak to representative." And the automated thing hangs up on me, not just once, but twice.

I highly recommend any one in our area go to the Del Rio office. We usually use Uvalde office where the workers are very rude. These ladies in Del Rio are very nice and helpful. We forgot to bring a birth certificate to the renewal and had to drive to Uvalde courthouse to get a copy of it to bring back. We were allowed to just walk back in the same day without a new appointment. This place is fast and friendly which is a huge change from Uvalde. Will continue to go here.
