EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! A simple phone call asking for information led to the person on the other side of the call to say "do you have anything else because I have a customer here and I need to get back ti work". The audacity to speak that way to the people that are signing your paycheck!!! Yes, us the customers, are the reason the people at the DMV have a job!!!!!
Your customer service through the phone sucks. Don’t call, just go in.
This a great office! Ladies are sweet, courteous, and professional. Their customer skills and their going above and beyond attitude creates such a great atmosphere. If they are not too busy they help you make a same day appointment. I observed a dad bring in his daughter for a learner’s permit and they drove from San Antonio. I Definitely recommend this office!
