They treat you inhumane the only person who treated me with dignity was the woman who helped me the others smiled and ignored me when I wanted to ask questions
EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! A simple phone call asking for information led to the person on the other side of the call to say "do you have anything else because I have a customer here and I need to get back ti work". The audacity to speak that way to the people that are signing your paycheck!!! Yes, us the customers, are the reason the people at the DMV have a job!!!!!
Your customer service through the phone sucks. Don’t call, just go in.
