They did an amazing job of helping me to update my license. Very polite, friendly, etc. Not the service you would expect from a state agency. It was well worth the 2+ hour drive from Mckinney. Again, great service, friendly staff, etc.

I was super nervous to change over my Oklahoma license to Texas for the first time since moving, after hearing DPS horror stories of so many rude people. Wichita Falls DPS was amazing! Kayla made the process easy and she was friendly throughout the whole interaction. I arrived, checked in on my phone, and was helped pretty quickly thereafter. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. The friendliness of staff really eased the process!
