This place deserves a zero the guards here are extremely rude and find anything to say about your clothes even if it’s in the dress code they want to talk to you crazy and sit you next to the guard as if we kids r something first off dealing with inmates and family is to different things once you start dealing with the public it’s called customer service and respect and if you don’t like dealing with people find another job I know some inmates can be hell but all of them not giving you problems I visited my son today the L... read more
I have always found the staff very nice when I visit my son..when I call it can be a but different..but overall people are really nice there
The staff at Beto Unit are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially to the public. If they treat the public so rudely, I can only imagine how they treat the inmates. They really need to send some of their staff back to training or better yet, should be fired!
This place has nothing under control nasty an just let whoever work there the staff suck the roof in the visit room has wet water stains the bathroom are nasty as well someone should really check this place out
