Today, I contacted TDCJ Lychner Unit regarding an issue with video visitation. During my calls, I spoke with an individual who identified herself as Mirales, CO4, as well as Major Woods. Both interactions were unprofessional. My calls were repeatedly disconnected while I was attempting to obtain assistance and clarification. I went up there and Tyenaysa Purdy was very rude and unprofessional. She shouldn’t be able to talk to incoming people and needs to be retrained! She was unhelpful. If I could give 0 stars to this lady I would.
