My dad and I were recently looking for an auto loan. Being that he had a current vehicle loan and is less then a year from paying it off with this bank we chose to apply. To start, horrible service. I don't even want to continue at this bank anymore. Seems like almost every customer service representative is rude. I remember waiting 20 minutes before closing (I didn't realize they closed at 430) to talk to a loan specialist. She sees me waiting as she talks to her collegaue as I and had further questions about my account. As 430 draws near, she escorts me to the door and says I can email her questions.
