Drive thru ATM says can use tap for cards but it DOES NOT work. Disappointed.

Once they noticed a place where I never use my debit card and they locked my card I thought this bank wasn't good until I found out it was.
Outside ATM is pitiful, most of time out of service or some other excuse.
