Incredibly rude staff! – RUDE! This was the first time I visited Low Cost Spay and Neuter at 2421 Westport Pkwy, and it will definitely be the last! Upon entering I was greeted by a grim-face brunette who bore a striking resemblance to famed war criminal Irma Grese. She immediately hopped out of her seat, pointed to a clip board and informed me that that there were too many animals in the lobby, and that I and my dog would have to wait outside.
