Both my kid and I were very content and satisfied with the quality of the Letterman jacket we ordered. Quick turnaround time and great selection of patches. Definitely would recommend this place.
Terrible customer service. I have tried to pay numerous times for my nieces letterman jackets and the final page says loading - nothing happens. I have waited up to 10 minutes. I have called multiple times, left messages, no one returns the call. My nieces also called and left messages. No one returned their calls either. I would recommend another company if possible.
