I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. I always receive prompt service and the tellers are always so polite. The times I’ve had business with Nancy she was always polite and friendly.
got a checking account because I needed to cash checks Walmart wouldn't. this place has so many account restrictions they actually refused a valid check today unless I was willing to do a THIRD ten day hold because seven business days is a couple weekends as well. just go elsewhere. it's isn't worth the continual hassle just to be a customer.
Don't recommend this bank. I called for help with some transactions that were fraud and the lady was rude. She cut me off when I was talking and didn't let me finish talking and said there was nothing they could Do. Hate this bank already
