Don't recommend this bank. I called for help with some transactions that were fraud and the lady was rude. She cut me off when I was talking and didn't let me finish talking and said there was nothing they could Do. Hate this bank already

I hate this bank so much! It's the worst bank I have ever had. They limit how much you can use in a day to $500. I have bills higher than that to pay and have to go in person to pull out. Nancy doesn't seem care about customers. She once told me I could go to another bank if I don't like this bank and on another occasion she said she was going to assist me with another issue and did nothing about it. Be a better person Nancy!

I went to cash a check as I needed some cash. I went to the drive thru teller. I don't know if they have some new people but it was pretty slow. They wanted an updated copy of my wife's license. I thought that this was very unusual. They are a good bank and I am satisfied with them. If you need or want a local bank I recommend them. This is a smaller local bank but they offer everything you need from a bank.
