I’ve been a member of this credit union since 1999, back when it was still the Corpus Christi City Employees Credit Union. My loyalty was cemented in 2004 when I was working out of town and received a call from them—someone had stolen my checks and was even attempting to withdraw money in person. The credit union caught the fraud immediately, worked with me to resolve it, and credited my account in full. It’s rare to find that level of personal care, and it's exactly why I’ve stayed with them for over 25 years."
Everytime I try to check my bank online it locks my account and then have to wait til they open to call

Stopped in for some general questions about opening an account and Katie was by far the kindest, unequivocally professional, and incredibly informed employee I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. She's amazing and made the entire interaction better. Great bank!
Go to another credit union , this bank is so far behind in giving customers current services that other banks all have access to. everything is still done by going in and in paper. Yes EVERY single THING . also it takes a few days to process just about anything that you might need access to in more than 3 days. the website or ( online ) banking is a joke. oh yeah and good luck trying to get them to answer the phones there too.
