Go to another credit union , this bank is so far behind in giving customers current services that other banks all have access to. everything is still done by going in and in paper. Yes EVERY single THING . also it takes a few days to process just about anything that you might need access to in more than 3 days. the website or ( online ) banking is a joke. oh yeah and good luck trying to get them to answer the phones there too. Its too old school but if you have all the time in the world to spend and don't mind inconvenience ... read more
