Visiting Texas Bay Credit Union was a pleasant experience. There was a very nice person who greeted me at the front door and asked what I needed help with. Angel came out to help me set up an account. The process was quick and easy. The Manager Jazmin came over to introduce herself. She was kind and offered further customer service answers if needed and gave me an Astros bobble head. Choosing Texas Bay Credit Union was the right choice for me. I would recommend them 100% because of my experience.
I had a great experience with Texas Bay Credit Union as I looked to consolidate some credit card debt and lower my existing interest rate. Though TBCU has the tools to help me do that, it was the phenomenal customer service that made the experience an easy and educated one. Angel Avina, our bank representative, was helpful, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. We definitely plan on taking advantage of the other TBCU financial tools in the future.
