Came to Texas Bay in Katy and was helped by Arthur who provided the most exceptional service from the moment I walked in. He took care of My request and answered all my questions and really helped me understand my new loan and membership. I will definitely be return and sharing with family and Friends! I was also assisted by Adriana during the visit and she made me feel welcomed, she offered me water while I was waiting.
Decided to Google and review credit unions that I could transition from TDECU to. I came across Texas Bay and was assisted by two wonderful people ( Arthur and Cindy) . They made me feel like family and I am happy that I made the decision to stop in today. This is the place to be if you're looking for a great credit union to be a part of!
