It is so refreshing to have a local bank that caters to it's clients! I have had nothing but great experiences with the Van branch. I'm greeted when I walk in and treated like family. They've always helped me the best they could and even noticed when things didn't look quite right with transactions in my account before I even knew it! I have banked with Texas Bank and Trust for years, and have never been disappointed. Today I went through the drive through, and there were two lines with 3+ cars on each side. The two girls working had the line moving quickly while also maintaining exemplary customer service. They were focused, efficient, and kept a smile on their face the whole time.

I'm very blessed to belong to a bank that treats you as more than just another account holder. Recently, I had an issue with my account and the branch manager provided exceptional customer service. They took the initiative to call me personally and resolved my problem in a prompt and efficient manner.
