Friendly & attentive, great experience!
After experiencing trouble logging into my account on Wednesday morning and spending an hour trying to find out why with TBT's IT department, I was told it was a TBT problem. Then, later in the day I discover my payroll deposit had not been posted yet. I called my employer's payroll department and was told the deposit had been made and to call my bank.
