This bank has staff that goes extra mile for customers. Always smiles. One visit i was under weather and they even came out to car. Always a table setup with treats. If you want a bank like one in old days when you had banker that knew your name check this one out
Slow service and nonchalant
I have been banking here for years! I always have exceptional customer service.
I had someone supposedly work for the bank security but they were trying to get my savings. The bank worked quickly to help me. Because they worked so fast it was identified as a scam. Thank you for all you do. I have been banking with Texas Bank and Trust for over 30 years and never been disappointed with their service or kindness of the staff
