The company I works for does business here and every time we come in the drive thru we NEVER get a Goodmorning or how you doing, just a will be with you in just a minute. It’s sad and we been coming here for 5+ years and nothing has changed I wish our company would switch banks so bad!!! I’m literally in the drive thru now doing this review.
From the first time I walked in I’ve always felt negative energy . No one speaks to you when you walk in it’s not inviting at all . The one black woman that was there was extremely nice called me over and assisted me and also noticed the same thing I did which is why she called me over and assisted me I almost decided to go with a different bank because regardless of how someone looks everyone should be treated the same I mean I’m trusting you with my money and I’m a customer .
