I just drove all the way from Kilgore to go to open an account and the teller on Estes parkway said it would be $100 and I’m opening an student and I asked her to verify if the student account was that much. and she said it is still $100. So I drove back home and I called the one in Tatum the lady said it will be 25.00. I wasted a huge amount of gas and did not receive any service it all. The results I got was a huge waste of time and gas
Drive through tellers are very kind
Over the past 7 yrs or so, each teller has been very friendly & when I've needed help, they've been happy to help me or get me to the right person, who could. When I've went in to see someone in an office, I've hardly ever had to wait long & those people have done their best to help me with whatever I went in for.
