I called in November to have a new card mailed to me as I don’t live in the area anymore. I would call every month thereafter and they would tell me a request was never put in. I finally just closed my account in APRIL when I was visiting Tyler.
I’ve had an account here for 8 years and never had an issue until using the Tyler location. The women I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and removed money from my account without my consent.
