As a real estate professional, I’ve never had a more unprofessional experience. Multiple calls and emails going unanswered, buyers and sellers left completely in the dark. And I’m supposedly dealing with a VICE PRESIDENT!! Cannot imagine how unresponsive the rank and file are. Avoid at all costs.
Called to see if they could notarize something for a non customer, they said yes. Came in and after waiting for the notary they said I needed an account. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but they wasted my time. Other banks in the area that have been nice enough to notarize for me, I have come back with large accounts.
I am changing banks today! I am tired of going to the ATM and the ATM is not working correctly. 90% of the time this ATM is not doing what it should. It keeps giving errors when trying to deposit money. This is the main thing for me when I have a bank account. I need to be able to deposit money without issues every time.
