Called to see if they could notarize something for a non customer, they said yes. Came in and after waiting for the notary they said I needed an account. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but they wasted my time. Other banks in the area that have been nice enough to notarize for me, I have come back with large accounts.
I am changing banks today! I am tired of going to the ATM and the ATM is not working correctly. 90% of the time this ATM is not doing what it should. It keeps giving errors when trying to deposit money. This is the main thing for me when I have a bank account. I need to be able to deposit money without issues every time.
We have been banking with Texas Bank for 25 years and it has been the best bank! If you are looking for a bank they are it! Everyone has been so good to us through the years till now. Thank you Texas Bank for taking care of me and my family for these many years. Yall are the best!! Kevin and Kathy Morris
