I have been banking at the Tatum location for 14 years and the staff go above and beyond to make sure my experience is exceptional! Very friendly and everyone welcomes you as soon as you walk through the door!
Had this bank account for about 20 years. Asked them about getting my credit higher and they told me that I'd have to pay them aboit 120 a month to do so then i tryed to try my luck on the stock market witch they dont do and told me that i was getting on there last nerve. I'm closing my account and I'll never do business with them again!!
very friendly and helpful I opened a new account and just very grateful for how I was treated. Jessica at the Henderson branch was super nice,courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend. I also got a gift for opening a new account which I thought was really nice !
