I went into Texas Bank to make a deposit, and the teller, Shiva, was so rude that I can't believe Texas Bank employees treat their clients like this.
I've been using texas bank for years, and usually don't have any issues. my last visit at the beginning of this month - may 3rd, to be exact - was time-sensitive and i was relying on them in order to get a cashier's check for my rent, drop it off, and then get into work. i've done this before for months, and usually don't have any issues. but for some reason when i arrived, the doors were all locked and the bank was empty, yet the lights were on. i tried calling to see if anybody might have been in the back, but nobody answe... read more
I contacted the Anna branch and was told there would be no problem with opening a firearms business account. I was told the Frisco branch was closer and would be able to open the account there. When I arrived I saw a no guns allowed sign and when I told the woman what kind of business, she said they don't generally do firearms business accounts. One of the staff members seemed to hate her job and took it out on customers. Very rude and unprofessional.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First and foremost I drove an hour and a half just to get no kind of help. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was first told that they weren't able to take my check since I had an endorsement on the back of the check and I needed to go get a new one before cashing it. Second, I was told that she can't take the check because she wasn't able to verify the check, even though the instructions to verify it was handed to her.
