I meet Tiffany about 5 years ago, She is amazing at what she does! My hip and back where in such a pain for many years. After only 1 appointment I felt the difference. She is very good and knowable I only visit her for a total of 3 times. Now fast forward i have shoulder pain and I came back... She is amazing Started with a massage, then cupping then the needles... The most relaxed I been in a while. If you have pain and are looking for a better alternative than pills come check her out.

I was referred by a friend who has found relief from persistent/recurring back pain. Thanks to Tiffany, I went from a 10 ("Worst back pain I've ever had") down to a 2 (normal) to a 0 (no back/hip pain) immediately after an appointment. She gave me the knowledge of how to address my pain if it ever creeps up while at home, like keeping a racquetball on hand to work out certain areas, not crossing my legs when I sit, and not sitting too much for too long. All of the above has helped me a lot!
