Google should really allow the option to give a company zero stars. I should’ve known I would get a bad experience when I found out that they didn’t offer contracts when you reserve a vehicle. They do that because most of the time because they don’t have the vehicle that you are trying to reserve. They let you reserve it to get you there and try to charge you more for something else. BEWARE- I'm not one to give bad reviews to any company. However, this company is horrible, and the owner does not treat know how to treat his customers. This is my second time reserving a rental vehicle from this company. The first time I was told that the vehicle I reserved was "stuck in traffic" in Florida. I should've learned my lesson that time, but I gave this company another chance because I know that mistakes do happen. WORST Rental Company in Texarkana- Save yourself some trouble and do not do business with this company or its owner. I have definitely learned my lesson. If you need to rent a vehicle in Texarkana, I encourage you to use Avis or Enterprise.
Absolutely awful customer service. We have given this place two chances to give us proper service. We reserved a van from them a couple of months back. The day of, they told us that they would not be able to give us the vehicle and that we would have to pay for two smaller vehicles. Today, the day of my graduation, we arrived to pick up another van that we reserved from them. This company has zero professionalism. When inconvenienced by them, you get told “we live in a world of inconvenience.” The owner is quite obviously an awful person who needs to find Jesus.
