I was a patient here a few months ago and previously, I left a bad review after a couple misunderstanding that escalated quickly. I apologize to the staff, that was wrong of me and it could’ve been handled a lot better. I wanted to come back and write a different review, the doctor was one of the best doctors that’s worked with me. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, the owner or the manager did not let me get a word in when I complained about a rude text telling me I was "wasting their time" due to an emergency that caused to come in. The manager also hung up in my face and told me I was "creating drama" when I tried to tell him about the situation. This place is just about money and the staff doesn't really care about their patients, it's all about making money in their pockets. Don't go here. The nursing staff is awful. Especially Sarah. She copped a very nasty attitude with me whenever I called her out about a co pay that she had manipulated in her system that wasn't legit. And it was for 25 dollars. (She created this error in order to retrieve the 25 for a drugscreen that she gave me at the previous visit cause she told me then that I didn't have to pay for that one..
