The staff is really nice. Their policies suck. They put excessive holds on transfers from other banks. I initiated a transfer on 8/12 and the funds won’t be available until 8/18. Both accounts are in my name and TEXAR even verified my account before I could imitate the transfer(which took multiple days). I understand fraud is a thing and that’s why they have said polices.
