I got towed my 18 wheeler for 36 miles. We agreed on a rate even it was over priced. She charged it in advance. Understand, that happened before. The lady told me that the driver is gonna show up at my location in 40-50 minutes. After one hour I called her, shes said that because of rain where the driver is located he is stuck then be there in 50 minutes🤦♂️. Ok. Excellent service in Sealy. They arrived sooner than I expected and got my vehicle moved without any issues. The team was courteous, patient, and took the time to answer my questions. Great customer care and smooth process from beginning to end.
I called this company which was believed to be in sealy, Texas but later realized they are not and sent another company to me and up charge me by $150 dollars. I can’t believe there is people like these folks that are taking advantage of people!!! I then went to the location where they state there business was to confront them and it lead me to dominos pizza!!! Stay away from this fake company!
This company claims locations that don’t even exist. They then call local tow companies for services only to tack on extra charges for the end consumers! As a honest local provider we are only looking out for the end consumer. We charged Texans $150 for a service they charged the end customer $285! $135 markup is crazy.
