The towing driver was professional and did an excellent job, but the overall service and communication could be much better. The company was assigned through our roadside assistance to tow our car from the storage yard to our home. The first driver picked up the vehicle around 4:00 PM. After completing the paperwork, we drove home and expected the car to arrive shortly afterward. We arrived home around 5:00 PM and called the driver, but there was no answer. My experience with the company was great dispatch made sure i was safe and ok i was anxious but they calm me down then driver arrived here in 25 minutes he took his to explain to me everything and he was efficient and courteous overall all I had 5 stars experience and I definitely will call them again

Booked an appointment 2 days before moving my equipment with Kaya. The day of she wont answer and the dispatcher said he never got the order...had to cancel and paid someone else extra $600 for last minute call...stay away from this place
