They are the LITERAL DEFINITION OF HIGHWAY ROBBERS. Awful. I had a small 20 foot Tool trailer Broken down at 1:30 AM. They charge me $545 for a roadside assistance in the middle of the night. Did not show up until 8:30 AM when they told me they would go get the parts. The part only cost $150 and they attempted to charge me an additional $1850.
