Its a fraud…. They are not based in Livingston. They make you pay beforehand and then they don’t give the driver the money and we have to pay the driver more amount.
Quick response, good communication, and very dependable. The driver walked me through everything before loading the vehicle and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. Solid, trustworthy service all around.
Texas crown towing is the worst service ever . First they don’t have any tow trucks in the Livingston area. They called me with smith towing to go do a job on a heavy haul truck and I told them the hourly rate for a heavy duty and they agreed to pay that rate . I get to the client and do the job and they refused to pay us even know they charged the customer and the customer already payed them . The customer couldn’t leave until I was paid .
