This is indeed the worst service I have ever encountered!!!! Very disappointed What kind of communication do you have? First you tell us eta is 25min And now you're telling me is 45 min to an 1hr Wow!!! And you still want us to pay for a service that was never encountered This is so ridiculous I been sitting out here since 9:30 a.m. it is 12:04 Im at an intersection!!! I would definitely give you 0 stars But unfortunately i have to give you 1 star that yall don't deserve
