Worst customer service ever, for starters they did not explain the correct cancellation terms when they charged the payment upfront, they were wanting to charge a 50% cancellation fee which according to them would've been anywhere from $150.00 or more, I was given an ETA of 15 minutes which then turned into 30-35 minutes, which then turned into 43 minutes after I spoked to the tow truck driver Mr Randy ( shout out to him for getting there as fast as he could by the way).
5 Stars for good service ,communication and price on mechanic Labor. My truck hub broke during traffic and first people I called and they had a garage to fix my truck as well. Got it back the next day . Saved my Job. Thanks again guys. I will definitely recommend you too others.
Worst experience ever! Absolutely do not use this service! Check the reviews they made them all themselves in the last 4 days! They will not show up and will try to keep your money! I’m one step ahead and you’re not keeping mine! I will sue for 3 times the amount try me!
