Based on my experience today, I would not bank with them. We are selling a car today with someone who banks with them, we had an appointment to sign at 12:45. It is now 1:30 and we still have not signed and they don't seem to know what is even going on. They had someone else with the loan officer even though we had an appointment. 45+ minutes to just sign a document is ridiculous. I always receive great customer service and Ms. Kortney was so helpful. She explained things step by step i just love my Frisco people.
Colby is hands down the best bank representative I've ever worked with! He helped me through buying a car and selling my current one, and his advice was spot on every step of the way. He always takes the time to truly understand your situation and has never steered me wrong. Colby consistently provides the best advice and genuinely has your best interest at heart, every single time. If you need someone you can trust, ask for Colby.. he's the real deal!
If I could give zero I would. They refuse to close my account after repeated requests. They allowed charges even when my card was locked to keep the account open.
Listen, Colby is AMAZING! His customer service is top tier! He went above and beyond while explaining things in detail when needed. I’m leaving one credit union and sticking with this one and he’s a huge part of that change. Not to mention his manager Kortney is excellent as well. Even the front desk ladies were so welcoming.
