Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment with Christina, the branch manager, to discuss transferring my savings, CDs, and retirement accounts to Texans Credit Union. I waited two hours and was never seen, so I finally had to leave. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat existing ones. They clearly don’t want my business, and I would not recommend this branch.
