Poonam help me out with a few little issues I had. She was very kind and helpful and smiled a lot, which made the situation. Much easier to go through. I would definitely recommend Texans credit union and this is a good branch for sure.
I don't go inside TCU buildings very often but when I do, I am always treated in a way that makes me feel like I am a valued client. Seeing smiling faces from those helping me makes me think that they are glad to help and happy to be a part of TCU.
Poonam Behl at your Allen banking location helped me a lot in resolving my banking concerns. She was very helpful.
