I went with Texana bank to refi my home because they blew everyone else's rates out of the water. I applied for a mortgage refi loan with Texana Bank in mid-January and promptly supplied all requested documentation. In mid-February more documentation was requested and promptly supplied. In early March the bank “withdrew” my application; my loan officer told me we had “too much information to process”. I called the VP of mortgage lending and after a lengthy conversation was promised some results within two days. Nine days later I’ve heard nothing.
