Worst bank to do business with and customer service is awful!! They don’t even deserve the 1 star!!
Horrible financing institution. Nancy the manager is highly unprofessional and lack of tact when speaking with customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.
All employees are unable to stop auto draft from charging your account and the account must be closed to stop any auto draft from charging your account. Meaning if you have a negative balance and want to stop incurring a 22$ fee from failed auto draft attempts you will have to close the account. Which is very disappointing. As this allows more debt to the bank to accrue working in their favor and not yours. :(
This bank will lose money charge for overdrafts and have the audacity to think they’re doing you a favor. They systems are always down, they have the sorriest customer service I have ever dealt with and are incompetent as a financial institution.
