I tried going the "small bank where you're not just a number" route and liked that this bank didn't have fees for a business account. I've been with them for almost a year and every time I want to do something it's a hassle. I'm constantly locked out of my account and have to call to get access again, in order to send a wire I have to be added to a list that will take days to update, the app is virtually unusable...
