Friendly staff!
Had the displeasure of being helped by a woman named Robin. She was incredibly rude and had a serious attitude problem. Poor customer service.
We don't see a way to post for the New Braunfels location, so I will do it here. We absolutley LOVE the service from the folks here. We sometimes deal with the Converse location by phone and they have always bent over backwards to help, but the in-person experience in New Braunfels can't be beat.
Very rude could not give me $20 in change ridiculous!!!!
I tried to call in a change order for my business. I was interrogated...didn't believe i had an account. Rude!!!! Never going back to that location
