We just bought our first eBike from them, and Marti was the kindest lady! She was super helpful and excited about the eBike experience for us. Knew a ton and was so helpful. Would definitely go back to buy from them again. So much better to try before you buy with these kinds of things and honestly, the service is way better than anything you could get online. Love, Love LOVE Tetrad Cycles! We went to multiple places that sold e-bikes. Tetras Cycles had it all. Awesome service, multiple brands to try (no appointment needed) and great prices. I can confirm Marti's enthusiasm for your e-bike experience. She is very knowledgeable and recommended multiple bikes to try.
