I have never been treated with white glove service like we were with Alex from Tetra Window Treatments. Alex was so patient and worked with us showing us samples upon samples educating us as to the pros and cons of different choices we had picked. And the turn around time was 2 weeks installed, the installers came well equipped dressed in very professional company attire.
