I had such an amazing experience today. I came in with very long hair down to my butt and was a bit nervous about cutting it, but Chelsey did an absolutely incredible job. She listened carefully to what I wanted and cut it exactly the way I imagined. The layers, shape, and finish are perfect. She explained everything clearly, was so friendly, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. The salon itself is also very nice. Thank you, Chelsey. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend the spa packages!
Very strange. The receptionist booked me in for a pedicure service, but she made an incorrect note. When I showed up they told me they didn't have time for what I originally asked for but they brought me in and got started anyway. I understood that they were going to be able to squeeze me in. They removed my polish, charged me $20 and sent me on my way. Now I have to go and have a pedicure :(
Usually I don't leave reviews but I am so upset. I am devastated. I don't know who cut my hair as she didn't even introduce herself, that was the first red flag. But I came in with hair to my waist!!!! I asked for 5-7 INCHES AT MOST taken off and she took a FOOT AND A HALF of hair!!!! I even told her I DO NOT like short hair and shared my salon horror stories and she left me with what feels like a god damn mushroom cut!!! I'm pissed!!! Had my hair done with Chelsey a few times now & every single time I was left super happy about the results. She is always really personable & most importantly she takes her time with every client. The colour always looks great, and she explains everything incredibly well too. It’s also super easy usually to book an appointment which is great for those like me who are sometimes a bit more spontaneous about getting their hair done… Overall I really recommend this salon!
