I had the worst experience of my adult life trying to take a TExES educator certification exam here. I am not trying to be hyperbolic. Literally the worst experience of my adult life. Most of the staff appears to be either students of the university who are too shy and timid to do anything, and adults who are incompetent and lack empathy. Never take a test here if you enjoy a comfortable and smooth testing experience.
The staff was very professional with a pleasant attitude. She explained the process and provided all pertinent information. The wait time was short. The company received the results in a timely manner.
