I don’t know much about their programs or exams yet, but I’ve been trying to reach them via email and phone calls for the past two days with no response at all. It’s been frustrating not being able to get any assistance or information. Better communication would really help.

Very disappointing experience with AMIDEAST UAE. I have tried contacting them multiple times by phone and email to cancel my TOEFL registration, but they never respond. It’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I paid for a service and received zero support. If you're planning to register with AMIDEAST, think twice. This is not how a testing center should operate. Waiting for a response or I’ll escalate the issue to ETS and request a refund through my bank.
