Very disappointing experience with AMIDEAST UAE. I have tried contacting them multiple times by phone and email to cancel my TOEFL registration, but they never respond. It’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I paid for a service and received zero support. If you're planning to register with AMIDEAST, think twice. This is not how a testing center should operate. Waiting for a response or I’ll escalate the issue to ETS and request a refund through my bank.
The experience was not pleasant. Bad customer service. No response from the call Centre.
