Beware of these accountants. Before you know it, you will be underwater in debt from taxes because they are not on top of your account. It took 3-4 years to catch up on fixing their tax wrongdoings with another accountant. We ended up oweing over $5000 to the irs due to these accountants not submitting the tax reports on time and under the wrong TIN, which in turn caused us to have several different TINs for ONE business. They do not take responsibility for any of their malpractices and leave you with the tax debt.
